Weather permitting Should be at West.MS or TJ
10 x 200 meters with walk/jog recovery in between (sprint 200m, walk 100m, jog 100m, start 200 on fly. WALK SHOULD BE SLOW. Jog to start is important!!! Recovery no more than 3 to 4 minutes between sets
Targets :
Men : Sprinters Sub 28 sec.
: Mid Distance 30 to 32 sec (pacing is key for this group)
Women : Sprinter Sub 34 sec.
Mid Distance 36 to 38 sec (pacing is key for this group)
Shot and Disc work. Concentration at first should be on technique followed by aggressive throwing.
If time allows, jumpers to pit for some work .starts out of blocks for sprint group.
