Weather permitting – Should be at West.MS or TJ

 

 

Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers/Middle Distance

 

10 x 200 meters with walk/jog recovery in between  (sprint 200m, walk 100m, jog 100m, start 200 on fly.  WALK SHOULD BE SLOW.  Jog to start is important!!!  Recovery no more than 3 to 4 minutes between sets

 

Targets :

Men : Sprinters – Sub 28 sec.

        :  Mid Distance – 30 to 32 sec (pacing is key for this group)

 

Women : Sprinter – Sub 34 sec.

                Mid – Distance – 36 to 38 sec (pacing is key for this group)

 

 

 

Throwers

 

Shot and Disc work.  Concentration at first should be on technique followed by aggressive throwing.

 

 

 

If time allows, jumpers to pit for some work….starts out of blocks for sprint group.
